This opens a new window with a Support Menu indicating how to access the different types of support available to help you best succeed in using PreViser’s technology:

You have several resources to support you and your staff as you learn and use the PreViser™ program in your practice:
 

Support Resources included with the PreViser application:

Clicking on the respective links on the Support menu launches either the PreViser User’s Guide or the Quick Start Guide. Both are included with the PreViser application, which includes a basic introduction to using this tool and recommendations on how to best learn and use PreViser technology.

Main topics in the User's Guide include Getting Started, PreViser Basics (documentation explaining the tool's functionality), Tutorials (step-by-step lessons), and an Appendix (including a glossary, FAQs, and ADA information).

New users are encouraged to refer to the Quick Start Guide and the Getting Started pages in the User's Guide prior to using the application.

Support Resources Online:

Clicking the link to the Online PreViser Support Center launches the online training and support site, which contains the most up-to-date and extensive information and help with PreViser, and can be accessed from any computer with an Internet connection. See more ways to access this site on the PreViser Support Center page in the Appendix.

Support Resources by Phone and Email:

Contact information is listed for accessing customer support by phone or email. For more information please see the Contact Us page in the Appendix.
